Q.Do you guarantee a particular model of vehicle?
A.The exact model can be agreed when we know what leasing period you require (subject to availability).
Q.Can I choose the colour?
A.We always try to accommodate such requests and ask you to highlight 1st, 2nd, 3rd choices, although unable to guarantee this.
Q.Are the vehicles new?
A.In most circumstances the vehicles are new to under 2 months old. We will always advise when the vehicle was first registered.
Q.Can I have a van without livery or use my own?
A.Yes, however this service is only available on a contract of 6 months plus. Replacement livery will be charged up to £300 + VAT.
Q.Is insurance included?
A.Like contract hire, fully comprehensive insurance must be arranged by you and the company used to our satisfaction.
Q.What deposit is required?
A.A minimum deposit of 1 month's rent is required prior to commencement of hire.
Q.What payment plans are available?
A.All rentals are payable 1 month in advance, and can be paid by Credit or Debit Card.
A Standing Order scheme is set up for agreements above 3 months.
Q.What mileage can I do?
A.The standard mileages are 4,000, 7,000, 10,000 and 13,000 on 2, 3, 6 and 12 month periods.
Q.Can I do higher mileages?
A.We can amend the rental to reflect higher mileages. Please advise us when you call.
Q.Can I change vehicle mid contract?
A.We will always try to accommodate this request and generally yes you can. You will be clearly advised of any charges to do this.
Q.Do you offer FREE delivery and collection?
A.Yes, to all UK mainland addresses - with a 2 hour time slot! Our driver's and agents will call about 1 hour before arrival.
Q.Do you provide breakdown cover?
A.There is full 24 hour breakdown cover at no extra cost.
Q.Is maintenance included?
A.Yes, for all normal fair wear and tear items as defined by the BVRLA. Terms and conditions available.
Q.My credit is not the best?
A.We look at cases individually and where successful, may adjust the rental accordingly.
